At Send It, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. In such cases, we request that you contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please note that changes might not be possible for orders that are already in the process of being shipped or customized.
At Send It, we strive to keep our customers informed about product availability. Shipping and Returns

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are also available.
