Return and Refund Policy

In an effort to respect the environment and avoid overproduction, our clothes are made only when you order them. This approach allows us to reduce our carbon footprint and avoid waste. We are proud of this approach and thank you for supporting us in this initiative. However, we understand that problems can occur. That's why we have set up a return policy to help you when you encounter problems with our products. Please read this policy carefully as it will help you understand what types of products are eligible for a return, when you can initiate a return, and how to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return

1) Defective products: If a product is defective, damaged, or poorly printed, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2) Incorrect orders: If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. Due to the nature of on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for products that are correctly printed and delivered. We encourage our customers to make thoughtful purchases to avoid unnecessary returns.

Return Process

1) Contact our customer service team and provide them with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and a detailed explanation of the problem.
2) Our customer service team will review your return request and send you an email confirmation if your return is approved.
3) Once your return is approved, if the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges and Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team. In the event that a product is no longer available on our site, we offer a refund in the form of a gift card or voucher. This will allow you to choose another item of your choice from our store.
