Eligibility for Return
1) Defective products: If a product is defective, damaged, or poorly printed, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2) Incorrect orders: If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. Due to the nature of on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for products that are correctly printed and delivered.
